Select a management role from either Chapters 1 or 2 from the required textbook that you can apply your six skills to.
Argue how your top three skills will be beneficial in the management role that you selected.
Describe what you can do to strengthen your three skills.

Must utilize academic voice.
Must include an introduction and conclusion paragraph. Your introduction paragraph needs to end with a clear thesis statement that indicates the purpose of your paper.
Must use at least two credible sources in addition to the course text
Must include a separate references page that is formatted according to APA Style
