Welcome to your first assignment in this course. This week’s assignment will have you gather your sources on your chosen topic in a cloud folder. Please follow the steps below to complete your assignment.
Step 1: If you don’t already have one, create a cloud account using Microsoft One Drive or Google Drive. Gathering your sources in a cloud platform will enable you to access them whenever you wish regardless of your location.
If you prefer to use One Drive, remember that you already have a Microsoft account with your CIU credentials (Microsoft Outlook email username and password). Simply follow the instructions here to activate your One Drive account.
Step 2: Find 15 sources on your chosen topic for your argumentative paper. At least 10 of these sources must be peer-reviewed articles. Whenever possible, focus on articles published in the last five years.
Step 3: Save each article to your computer, naming the files by the article title.
Step 4: In your cloud account you created in Step 1, create a folder called GRC Week 1 Assignment.
Step 5: Upload the articles to this folder.
Step 6: Share only the link to this folder with your professor. This way, the professor can check if you completed the assignment.
Step 7: Finally, share your topic or research question and the link in the assignment text field.
