The purpose of this assignment is to identify and describe various health information technologies and use change management theory to support the implementation of one of those technologies. You are the practice manager of a large, 100-physician cardiology group, and they have decided it is time to update or replace the Electronic Health Record (EHR). In an essay of 1,250-1,500 words:

Describe what steps you will take to implement this technology. Provide timelines, deliverables, and who is responsible for what step, as well as a staff training plan.
