Assignment Introduction

There are many factors that can have an influence on our nutrition habits, such as our current knowledge, food access, family history, stress, and more! In this assignment you will evaluate what your current understanding of nutrition is, as well as evaluate some ways in which our experiences shape our choices. This will be more of a general topic assessment…we will focus more on nutrition in our first dietary analysis assignment the second half of the semester.

Your Tasks

What is your current knowledge regarding nutrition?
Where do you currently get your nutrition information and news from?
Have you taken classes previous to this one that discussed nutrition, and has it impacted your current food choices?
