WEEK 2 DISCUSSION
You will reply to the initial thread with at least 400 words – For each initial thread, students
must support their assertions with at least 4 scholarly citations in APA format. Use NKJV Bible
References!! Any sources cited must have been published within the last five years. Acceptable
sources include class sources, the Bible, and outside sources.
You must then post 3 replies of at least 200 words by Monday. Each of the 3 replies must
incorporate at least 2 scholarly citations in APA format.
Describe and analyze any personal interaction that you have had with a public
organization, any governmental agency or nonprofit organization. This can be a positive
and meaningful experience, or it can be a situation that was problematic. What was your
experience?
Even if you did not physically “see” a manager or leader, how did management/leadership
influence this experience?
What do the course resources, the biblical worldview, and your own research suggest about
this situation?
What are similarities and differences from for profit businesses?
What was done well? What could have been improved upon?
As a leader, how would you have approached this situation at the time or after the fact?
Remember to answer these questions keeping the readings for the week in mind.
