Sales (Valeria):
The success and profitability of the new application depend on Valeria’s contribution to
the project. Valeria proposes a freemium business model, that will allow the app to draw in a
broad user base with its basic features and generate revenue through premium subscriptions. This
strategy fits with the current trend within the app market whereby users pay for additional
benefits and customization possibilities but expect to be granted free access to the basic
functionalities. In addition, Valeria proposes that we partner up with local companies that sell
running gear. The app through these partnerships may offer promotions and sponsored content
within the application, generating additional income streams while it provides users with
exclusive discounts and offers on relevant goods and services
