– Vision, Mission, and Values
In the need of awareness to the community in Beppu, our vision to create this cafe is to extend the
network on the LGBTQ+ communities in this area by creating an inclusive place for those of the
LGBTQ+ to share their awareness and to convince the people about the lives of LGBTQ+
communities can coexist with the normal community to improve harmony among the minority being
the LGBTQ+ communities in Beppu with the majority being the straight society communities as a
way to connect the separated communities into a one inclusive and united community. Our Mission
is to connect the community internally by gathering the LGBTQ+ Community into the cafe as a
common place for discussing about their LGBTQ+ lives with other people in Beppu then after we
gather them, we can extend the connection to the straight community through the means of dialogue
and education within both community as a way to have support for LGBTQ+ Community and uniting
with the straight community for a diverse yet unified harmony of a community. The values of the
effort are Unity (uniting the LGBTQ+ community), Respect (creating respect between LGBTQ+ and
Straight community), Fairness (Fair treatment with the LGBTQ+ Community) and Growth (Growth in
the LGBTQ+ community).
