Choose a healthcare related business that you might like to use for your course project this semester.
This business can be for-profit or nonprofit.
Businesses can be a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, gyms, free clinic, dentist office, health food store, spa, mental health counseling office etc.
No one can choose the same organization as the student example.
Use the SWOT Worksheet
Using the worksheet answer the questions for the four areas of a SWOT analysis.
Complete the SWOT matrix after you have answered the questions.
After you have completed an analysis of your business, write a summary of the findings. This will allow you to make future decision on the strategies your business should take for potential growth.
