Scenario 1
Aung Sanda is a 2-year-old girl in your once/week early childhood class, her family recently emigrated from Burma. Her parents have let you know that anyone from their apartment complex can drop off or pick Aung Sanda up from school.
In your initial post, copy and paste your selected scenario then:
Share how your personal beliefs may or may not align with the parents’ request.
Develop some questions you would ask the parents in an effort to seek understanding of their needs.
Outline a plan to meet the parents’ request.
In your response post,
Find a peer who selected a different scenario, if possible.
Discuss whether you think they created an effective culturally responsive plan to meet the parents’ request.
If they did, then identify the elements that made it a culturally responsive plan
