Prior to beginning work on this discussion, read Chapters 7 and 8 of your course text. Then, choose one of the Country Case Studies listed on the Global Hunger Index website. Reflect: Then, review the following resources:How did the World Population Change?A Global Food Crisis May be Less Than a Decade AwPolicy Recommendations Write: In your initial post, describe the conditions that led to food insecurity in the country you selected from the Country Case Studies and determine what is being done to address the situation. Explain how the case study relates to topics discussed throughout the class such as population growth, environmental change, inequality, and political instability. Also, determine what policy recommendation listed on the Policy Recommendations web page could help improve the global food crisis?You must write at least 300 words, supporting your claims with examples from the required material and/or other scholarly resources.
