1. A student at UP is in the process to select a graduate school in the United States. After a
lot of thinking and consultation with some of his colleagues who participated in the study
abroad program they agreed that the best three criteria to use are: Quality of Education
(QE), Similarity of Environment (SE) and Cost. They narrowed down the alternatives to
four universities. The universities are Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT),
University of Texas (UT), University of California (UC) and University of Florida (UF).
On scale from 1 to 10 they obtained the score in the matrix below for each university
