A big brand client is creating a new soft drink brand and is interested in expanding their digital advertising platform in an innovative way to support marketing efforts. The company already uses programmatic advertising AdTech methods for other brands, but the client is unsure how to proceed in using innovative technologies to directly connect with their younger customers and improve customer engagement with their new product. Alternatively, you can opt to use an organization and product or service of your choice, rather than the specific brand and product noted in the scenario.
The organization I will use is Nike
Create a short 3- to 5-minute video recording in which you will personify the role of the consulting marketing director and advise your client or stakeholders on the merits of MarTech and how it could benefit their marketing efforts to achieve their goal. Address the following in the video:
Explain the overall landscape of MarTech and the multitude of tools available to the company.
Describe the differences between AdTech and MarTech and why MarTech may work better for their customer engagement efforts.
Provide a detailed analysis of the impact of at least two MarTech innovations pushing the industry forward. Illustrate the impact of the innovations with examples that may work best for the company.
Assess the importance of connecting to the individual consumer through personalization using MarTech based on at least two characteristics or factors that you identify.
In each of the bullet-pointed components of your video, provide examples as proof-of-concepts.
