Let me wish you good health upon receipt of this letter. I am thankful for your exemplary leadership that got the state through the year with all its financial difficulties caused by Covid pandemic. You have been instrumental in helping us steer our state through these trying moments, and your achievements are highly appreciated. The stimulus packages worth more than $ 262.6 billion dollars on your part to help maintain the livelihood of Californians due to these extraordinary times are a great deal.
I take my hat off for such a progressive approach towards improving take up of vaccines and fighting the pandemic through new lottery system. Furthermore, I understand how complicated legislation is, particularly in cases where there are clashes on crucial matters like health care reform, illegal drugs’ legalization and amendment on the justice system.
The complexity of governance is demonstrated by your skilful handling of these difficult issues. For your unwavering dedication and deliberate contributions toward solving some essential issues your efforts are worthy of a deep respect.
