This assessment requires you to analyze and interpret an interview you have with a leader in administration at a community college about an inclusion and equity problem of practice. To prepare for this assessment, you will need to conduct an interview with a leader. The purpose of interviewing a leader in your organization is to learn from someone with the authority to actually begin a change or improvement process about the identified issue. To complete this interview: Identify an inclusion and equity issue you believe could be improved in your organization. Identify a leader in your organization who might be instrumental in making that change. Schedule an interview with this person. Prepare a set of questions to structure the interview. Conduct the interview. Include full-interview transcript in appendix. Imagine this interview as a conversation, a thoughtful discussion about the inclusion and equity issue you identified. If a communication issue emerges, how might the three adult plateaus provide insights about more effective information flow?
