AFTER READING THE REQUIRED READINGS AND VIEWING THE PRESENTATIONS ON “ORGANIZATIONS WITH CLINICAL PRACTICE GUIDELINES” AND “AGREE & GRADE”, YOU ARE TO IDENTIFY A CLINICAL PRACTICE GUIDELINE AND ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:
Name of the practice guideline
Organization or agency that developed the guideline.
Brief synopsis of the guideline. No more than one paragraph or 75 words.
Identify the scope of review: what grade did the practice guideline have such as an “A” from USPSTF, AGREE or GRADE, or “was developed from expert practitioners after an intensive review of the literature.
