Purpose:
The purpose of this assignment is to analyze quality improvement resource and develop a quality plan
for your organization.
Background:
In the process of reviewing quality and quality improvement, resources are used to give foundation in
tracking quality outcomes. In addition to conducting research, credible sources are used to generate
ideas and guidelines. Below are three (3) key healthcare quality improvement organizations in Canada
and worldwide are:

Your Task:

b. Review the main page, then navigate to the bottom to locate ‘Accountability reports’. You will
find reports from 2016 to 2021.
c. Select two (2) period of ‘accountability reports’ (ie) 2016 to 2017
d. YOU MUST SHARE COMMUNICATE THE CHOSEN PERIOD TO YOUR FACULTY FOR APPROVAL –
THIS IS TO MINIMIZE ALL GROUPS WORKING ON THE SAME PERIOD. ONLY PROCEED WITH

A quality plan – at its most basic – is a document that identifies a parameter or criteria, the target to
reach, what it is, who is responsible, and possible actions to achieve the target.
