In the Week 5 Assignment, you identified a possible need for a program. In this Assignment, you focus more closely on that need.
Using the information acquired from the Community Assessment in Week 5, you identify a specific community problem to address gaps in services to the people of the community. You may consult the Community Assessment: Social Concerns/Problems Category List handout to focus your identified issue.
Referring to the planned change model found in the Planned Change in the Generalist Intervention Model handout, critically analyze, assess, and develop an intervention strategy to help alleviate this problem.
