Describe the prevalence and causes of the problem in general and, if available, in your country or region of choice. Design an intervention program that is culturally appropriate, strengths-based, and empowering for the community. Include at least two of the following ecological levels: individual, family/group, community, and organization. For the family/group level, you may choose to use a naturally occurring group, such as a classroom or medical ward, or create your own. Or you may take the family of the identified patient as your group. For the community level, apply concepts of community development to create a sustained response to the problem. For the organizational level, identify the policies, resources, and stakeholder collaboration needed to support and implement your program.
