Use both your imagination and business acumen to determine what the eCommerce market is lacking, or perhaps this will be an opportunity to market and sell your own personal creations. Brand Justification
Ayres is a sustainable, inclusive beauty brand. We will be owned and operated
by LGBTQ+ and POC. We will be 100% vegan, cruelty-free, sustainable, and
inclusive. Our mission is to provide affordable, easily accessible, and
completely sustainable everyday beauty products. We value all walks of life
and inclusivity. As a gay woman, I have always felt strange bringing up my
girlfriend in work spaces. I want to create a space where everyone feels
welcomed and comfortable. As news comes out about the disappointing lack
of equal opportunity for POC, specifically in the beauty industry, I want to
make sure my company gives equal opportunity and representation on all
corporate levels. Unfortunately, there is a lack of affordable, completely
sustainable, easily accessible, high quality, and inclusive beauty brands in the
current market. We will fill that much needed space.
