Ethical Decision-Making
For this week’s assignment, you are tasked with creating a presentation that you will deliver to the new therapists in your organization. This presentation will give your audience a general overview as to what the Core Ethical Principles are and why an Ethics Code is needed. Using a given case scenario, you will then provide your audience with an example of how to engage in ethical problem solving using the 7-Step Model of Ethical Decision-Making. You will also explain the processes involved with reporting ethical violations to the BACB.
Assignment Directions
Using the Unit 3 Assignment Template, develop a professional PowerPoint presentation. Then, use Kaltura Capture to record a 5–10-minute video presentation that further supports the information on your slides as if you were presenting. Please read the assignment requirements for details on the guidelines and expectations.

Slides 9-12: BACB Disciplinary Systems
Explain, in detail, how alleged ethical violations are reported to and addressed by the BACB. Include the following information:
What needs to take place before reporting?
What are some reporting considerations? Provide at least three examples.
Explain the estimated timeline and processes once a violation is filed.
Briefly explain the possible disciplinary actions the BACB may implement.

Provide a summary of the importance of both the 7-Step Model and the ethical violations process to the credibility of the field.

Include a minimum of two scholarly, academic sources listed in APA format.
