NUR 305 Poster Presentation Guidelines and Rubric
Reflect on your research process and knowledge gained to improve nursing practice outcomes. Create a poster presentation to showcase your knowledge gained through research in this course. Include speaker notes as if you were to present this poster at a nursing conference. Within your speaker notes, reflect on why collaboration and advocacy are important roles of the professional nurse.
Your submission for the poster presentation must address the following elements:
Reflect on the knowledge gained to improve practice.
Include speaker notes that include discussion around collaboration and advocacy in nursing practice outcomes.
Provide support for knowledge gained using at least one peer-reviewed source.
Use appropriate visuals to enhance the information provided on the poster.
What to Submit
Your presentation poster must be submitted as a 1-slide Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. It must be submitted with detailed speaker notes. Speaker notes should use correct APA Style formatting. Use scholarly, current (published within the last five years) references to provide evidence-based support. References should be cited using proper APA Style formatting.
