My personal journey navigating the challenges of the pandemic has underscored the profound impact on our daily lives, education, and, most importantly, our mental health.
The dramatic shift to online learning has disrupted the traditional education landscape, replacingvibrantcampuseswithquietvirtualspaces. Adjustingtothisnewnormal, characterized by the monotony of Zoom classes, has presented unforeseen challenges.As the fear of infection permeates our lives, everyday activities become potential sources of anxiety. Taking on new skills, like the culinary arts, is not only a necessary adaptation, but also a therapeutic outlet. The emotional toll of permanent adaptation highlights the critical need to develop personal resilience in the face of unforeseen challenges.
