There are many challenges that can arise with a global work environment. Human resources and management must plan proactively and learn the factors that impact recruitment and retention in a global work environment. For this final paper, you will select an organization that either has or is experiencing challenges with its compensation and benefit system.
In your final paper,
Discuss a brief historical view of the global organization.
Evaluate their current challenge with their global compensation and benefits system.
Describe a strategy used by another organization that had a similar situation and how they addressed the issue.
Define at least one theory and strategy that should be contemplated to address the situation in this organization.
Explain two recommendations for management on how to address/resolve this challenge and situation.
