The Director’s Office recently received data from the Federal Agency Annual EEO Program Status Report.When compared to the Relevant Civilian Labor Force (RCLF), the Montgomery Regional Benefits Office was under-represented in the percentage of Hispanic women represented in our workforce. The RCLF is the benchmark against which we measure the diversity of our workforce. You have been tasked with determining the cause and recommending strategies to increase the recruitment and retention of employees in this category. Please describe the steps you take to accurately determine the cause. As well as strategies you would employ to increase the representation in this cadre of our workforce.
