prepare a datasheet for a concept / instrument or working method / theory in the field of management and organizational behavior. The concepts must be chosen from the list provided by the professor and must not be repeated from one presentation to another.
The presentation should be attractive, should stimulate the interest of colleagues (and professor) and generate debate.
Among the essential components of the presentation should be:
a) a clear definition of the concept so that it can be understood and learned by colleagues;
b) the author(s) of the concept and the period/context in which he/she/they proposed it;
c) an example of a sentence/paragraph that contains it and constitutes a context that facilitates understanding;
d) a brief description of the connection between the concept and the organizational behavior and an attempt to include the concept in one of the course topics;
e) personal opinion on the practical utility of the chosen concept, with pros and cons;
f) a concrete, imaginary or real, situation in which this concept is used in an organization (as an exercise or a short case study proposed to classmates for discussion) THE COCEPT I HAVE CHOSE IS ( ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE)
