According to cancer.gov, “Approximately 39.6 percent of men and women will be diagnosed with cancer at some point during their lifetimes.” These two diseases are the top two “killers” in our country.

Call your parents; talk to your grandparents. Are you predisposed to one or both of these diseases? Knowing this, is there something you can do TODAY, a habit you can form, that would seriously decrease your risk for developing this? Discuss what you found out and what you plan to do to change your future for the better.
