In a 2-page paper, address the importance of academic honesty as it relates to undergraduate nursing student writing.
(This assignment should not include graduate students, professional manuscript writing for publication or research).
Discuss the reasons why students plagiarize, the potential consequences of plagiarism, and how it can be avoided.
Requires a minimum of 2 references: one from an English-titled, peer-reviewed NURSING journal (less than 5 years old)
which discusses practice in the U.S. and one from the APA Manual. Professional, governmental, or educational organizations may be used, but as supplemental references only.
APA format required. Include a running head, separate title and references pages, page numbers, in-text citations, and level headings (when appropriate).
