This portfolio will be the most critical tool you can have when you apply for new jobs and promotions, or negotiate for increased pay. Its contents will prove your professional value, over and over.What projects or documents do you have from previous coursework or jobs that you can include in your portfolio? Gather those items together and start building it. These may be in paper or digital form, or both.
