Business Ethics Paper Requirements
You will be required to write a term paper of 12-20 pages (double-spaced, 12pt. font, not including title
page or bibliography page). In this paper, you will discuss some view on a business ethics issue. You will
also be required to submit a 1-page proposal for your term paper. When structuring your essay you
must use the format of IRAC (Issue, Result, Analysis, and Conclusion) for all issues related to your topic.
Also please make sure to include some topic covered in class: Utilitarianism, Ethical Egoism, Deontology,
Virtue Ethics, Whistle blowing, Ethical Reasoning, Stakeholder theory, Issues in employment, and Ethical
Decision making.
