Dear Ms. Estabrook:
Last year, the Northern Oregon University Foundation celebrated a record-breaking amount of
funds raised for the university. We provided more than $750,000 to the Annual Fund for
Leadership, funded 20 endowed chairs, and bestowed scholarships to 4,350 students, more than ever
before.
Our ambitious plans for this year are to exceed those funds in support of our new Student
Technology Center. Our goal is to raise $11 million for the center, a state-of-the-art facility that will
provide the latest in educational and discovery technology.
Thank you for your support of Northern Oregon University throughout the previous five years of
donations. They contributed to continuing excellence on campus, particularly in the classroom. We
still need your help to meet our goal of opening the new Student Technology Center in two years.
Your donation of $250 keeps the Help Desk running for a weekend. A contribution of $500
provides a mobile device for a research assistant. Donations of $1,000 or more fund scholarships
and special programs.
Your financial support of the Student Technology Center is much appreciated by students, faculty,
and the wider Northern Oregon University community. The enclosed information details how you
can contribute to the ongoing excellence of the university.
Sincerely,
Jerome Holloway
President

Your Gifts Change Lives

renovated buildings and facilities. Donating to programs creates opportunities for students and
