The first article looks at the unfortunate attitudes against Mexicans in the newly “acquired” territories from Mexico. The next article looks at some important issues, like is Taco Bell real ” Mexican” food, the origins of Fritos, the popularity of salsa and the connection between surfers and fish tacos. The third article looks at the experiences of Chinese Immigrants that came into the USA and the racial injustices they faced and resisted.
