This is a Collaborative Learning Community (CLC) assignment.
Continue working in your CLC group and simulation.
Based on the results of Quarter 2, you will further test market brands, prices, ad copy, media campaigns, sales staffing, and compensation package in Quarter 3. You will continue to study the market’s response, competitive tactics, and the firm’s own operational and financial performance and adjust your strategy as needed. Decisions are due and must be submitted no later than the date and time posted in the Conscious Capitalism simulation.
Note: Nothing regarding the simulation is required to be submitted in the digital classroom during this topic, but you should be working within the simulation as a group. All work will be completed in the Conscious Capitalism simulation location.

Hello everyone!
I sent this to your GCU emails (and will also send it to personal emails as well just in case)
I hope everyone had a wonderful break.
I looked at what is required for us this week which is indicated below:
Evaluate our test market results and adjust our business strategy and tactics to improve our performance.
We should review each of these within the Game Simulation:
Balanced scorecard.
Market demand and market share in targeted segments.
Profitability analysis.
Customer satisfaction with your brands, prices, and advertising.
Employee satisfaction and productivity.
Manufacturing results.
Employee survey regarding system improvements.
I have inputted most of the information so that we can begin working on our assignment for the week. I would like to have everyone’s input either in the group forum, text, email, or in the sheet by Saturday and have most if not all the data completed by Monday.
I did try to get all data that I could into the Google Sheets but I may have overlooked area(s). If I did, please let me know and I’ll get it corrected asap.
