Step 1 – Pick a news item from the past six months.

Step 3 – Pick a country. Using the country comparison tool (https://www.hofstede-insights.com/country-comparison/), tell me how people in your country might feel about the event relative to people where the event happened.
Example: My event is Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter. My chosen country is Japan. Since Japanese people tend to be more accepting of power distance than Americans, I think they would be more accepting of Musk’s takeover of Twitter. This is because Musk has more control than Twitter’s previous leadership.
I expect each discussion will be at least two paragraphs about 150 to 200 words in length.
