Preparing a letter template and envelope
Portfolio Project Part 2
Microsoft Word is the most popular and commonly used word processor software. Knowing how to apply it is one
of the basic skills of today’s entrepreneur. The ability to work efficiently and apply lesser-known features, shortcuts,
and templates will save you time and money, and drive your business forward. The goal of this part of your portfolio
project is to discover different opportunities provided by MS Word and use them in practice for the purposes of
your small business.
In the process of doing business, you will encounter various situations that require writing official letters. This can
be a business offer to potential customers or an expression of gratitude to existing ones, complaints to suppliers
about low-quality goods or services, as well as letters to your own employees. In order to establish a quick and
efficient process for writing such letters, it is recommended that you prepare samples or templates that you can
use if necessary.
For this portfolio project, you will create a template of a letter, the letter itself and an envelope for it. You can access
