Description
The purpose of this assignment is to analyze market data for future implications for an organization. You are an administrator of a primary care office that serves the homeless population. You are working with your senior leadership and marketing teams to develop a plan to market your services so as to reach as many homeless people in your community as possible. In a PowerPoint presentation of 10-12 slides (not including title and reference slides), address the following:
Identify the stakeholders you would approach. Provide rationale.
Identify the controllable and uncontrollable variables
Discuss what your communication plan would look like. Describe at least two types of data you would incorporate in your marketing plan. Include the rationale behind your choices.
Be sure to include detailed speaker notes for each slide.
Support your presentation with a minimum of two scholarly sources.
APA style is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
