Management of International operations.
Read Ch 17, 18, 19 and 20.
Pick a US headquartered firm with operations in another country. (eg. Starbucks in Japan).
Describe the firms operations in that country (incl. its entry mode, ie. exporting, JV or FDI etc.)
Comment on at least 2 of its international management areas such as International Marketing, International Supply Chain, etc.
Provide suggestions for how the firm could improve its operations in that country.
The reflection must be 2 pages in length (no more and no less) and must be single spaced using Times New Roman, size 12 font, with 1.25 inch margins on the side and 1 inch margins on the top and bottom.
In addition, you must attach a cover page that includes the topic you have chosen and a page of references at the end of your paper (the cover page and reference page do not count toward the 2 page requirement). You must use at least five references for your paper. Draw on concepts and readings from the textbook, and any additional references you find.
