Motivation and Leadership Analysis: Choose a business leader (past or present) that you admire. Analyze their leadership style and how it impacts employee motivation. Identify the different theories of motivation and how they apply to the leader you have chosen. Provide recommendations for how the leader could improve their leadership style to increase motivation.
