You will closely examine recent cases involving ADR and white-collar crimes. Select one of the topics below and research a recent case or article (within the last 5 years) about your chosen topic, then answer the questions below. Topics (choose ONE): Research a case or article where: An ADR method (eg negotiation, meditation, arbitration, etc) was usedA white-collar crime had been committed Answer these questions: Provide details about the case you researched (Who were the parties?
