Description
I have just applied for an Interim Housing Program Supervisor Position, and before my interview they would like me to type up a 1 page repot on how I approach and manage a simulated scenario. I have attached 2 pdfs, one is the instruction and guidelines on how to type the paper, and the other is the chart that you will need to be able to formulate your answer. Please review both attached PDFs carefully.

Overview & Context
As an Interim Housing Program Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring your team operates in
accordance with all program policies and requirements. This includes ensuring that case managers are
meeting two key compliance expectations: 1) Documenting 4 services each month for every client. Two of
the 4 services must be CalAIM Billable services. 2) Completing Care Plans and 5×5 Assessments every 90
days for all clients. You will use a data tracker to monitor performance on these outcomes and address
issues as needed.
In this hiring exercise, you will simulate the role of Interim Housing Program Supervisor at the Delta House.
You will review compliance data for that house and write a very brief (1 pg) memo synthesizing the current
state and your recommendations for improvement as Supervisor of that team.
Instructions
1. Open the Abridged Compliance Dashboard (attached to the email).
● It contains data for 2 houses, Alpha House and Delta House.
● The first tab of the file shows summary metrics for Alpha and Delta House. Here, you can
see your site’s overall performance.
● The second tab lists detailed client-level data for Delta House, which feeds into the
summary measures. Here, you can see which clients are driving the overall performance.
2. Optional: Feel free to email the Hiring Manager with clarifying questions (eg defining a term)
3. Draft a brief (1 pg) memo that addresses the following:
● Briefly summarize the current overall performance at your site, Delta House.
● What’s driving that performance? Are there any trends or patterns?
● Where would you focus for improvement? What’s your first concrete step?
