Topic: PMI Methods and Project Initiation, Supporting the Triple Constraint with Key Knowledge Areas, and Understanding Project Failures
DQ1:
In the DevOps environment, discuss some of the potential failures in projects and how to avoid them. Have you personally ever experienced these types of issues on projects of any kind and if so, how were adjustments made so the issue didn’t happen again? If you haven’t experienced them personally, do some research and find an article that discusses devops organizations and agile project issues – give us a high level overview of that particular issue. List the references at the end of your work.
DQ2:
Discuss what it takes to initiate projects and describe the similarities/differences between initiating a waterfall project and an agile project. Find a couple of articles to compare/contrast these similarities/differences and reference them at the end of your work.
DQ3:
How has the triple constraint concept changed over time? Is there a space for the triple constraint in the agile project methodology? Discuss your answer in greater detail and list at least a few references at the end of your work to show where you found this information
