For Eosinophil count, I need you to change the drop down box to Y/N and NA3. For IgE , I need you to change the dropdown box to Y/N/ and NA4. After the column AE (prior physio), I need you to add a new column with a title Trial then (Nebulized AB used), then below it it should divide in 3 columns: First one Colomycin with drop down box Y/N, second column Gentamycin with dropdown box Y/N, third column Tobramycin with dropdown boc Y/N.
