2023 new mandate scope:
1.All corporate offices in ALULA (7 buildings ), Riyadh (2 buildings), Khyber , Tyama , Taif
2. Governmental buildings transferred to CFM such as MOF, Education, MEWA & Municipality
3.Governmental buildings assessment, renovation & operation performance project : over 16 governmental buildings across AlUla to be assists in terms of structural , MEP & user experience .
4.RCU new buildings assets under construction now to be handled by CFM such as sports facilities , Alula collection facility ..etc

6.HSSE corporate buildings monitoring and performance .
HOP, operation and Maintenance till DEED transfer.
Assets Management ( reliability and assets life cycle from procurement till disposal)
Real Estate management ( sourcing , contracting, managing ) , CFM managing over 25 accommodations buildings with almost 500 room keys.
Space management
Business center ( Call Center) to manage all the requests by employees, business owners in offices , accommodations ..etc.
Improve employees wellbeing by conducting gatherings & social events
