I uploaded the Power point file that you should read it. and my case is group 4 in the power point. I need a profesional power point about my case and pharmacokinetics of the all drugs in my case to get the concept of the DDI of medications together and how can I change them and dose every thing. I wrote down the drug that you need to change it on a word file. And I took the screen shot of my case that is in the power point. Just before start making please Look at the Power point that show you how you should make the power point.

We should change medications because of DDI.
1.We keep the Carbamazepine
2. We should change Fluoxetine to Citalopram, But citalopram and Carbamazepine have DDI because of
the pathway of CYP 450 3A4 (inducer),…. , so we should adjust the dose of Citalopram.
3. We should change the Ketoconazole 200mg BID to Miconazole Vaginal cream once daily for 7 days.
