This is what I have come up with thus far. Each bullet point needs just a little more elaboration.Assignment: Human resources analysis (includes analysis of training and
reward systems) Labor relations and negotiations, productivity index, recruiting, and training & production capacity plans. Our training varied from year to year. In our first year, we only utilized $2500 in recruiting and 80 hours in training. However, in years 2-3, we chose to not utilize our funds for recruiting and spending. Starting with years 4 through 7, we were able to use $5000 in recruiting and 80 training hours for each of those years. By year 8, we decreased our recruiting spend to $2500 and continued with 80 hours of training.Labor relations?Our productivity index increased by 19.27% over the 8 years in business?Recruiting and training hours allowed us to decrease our turnover rate by 2.09%.In production capacity plans?
