Instruction Maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and security of health information is one of the main topics we studied in this course. In this assignment, you will perform a literature search for a significant breach of HIPAA privacy and security rules that happened recently last three years. The article and the case you discuss should be published within the last three years. Provide an in-depth case analysis by addressing the following questions: Write a brief summary of the article. How serious was this breach? How did the leadership of this organization react to mitigate the possible damage caused by the breach? Assume that you were appointed as the administrative member of the crisis team created the day this breach was uncovered, what recommendations would you make for investigating the root cause(s) of the breach? Outline your suggested investigative steps.
