MSHA COMPETENCY SELF ASSESSMENT
The MSHA program is dedicated to ensuring your progress in our program. To be able to measure
this progress, we will be asking you to regularly do self-assessments on the competencies of our
program. This will allow us (and you) to monitor how you are growing through the curriculum in our
program. Your input is critical to see if you are meeting the goals of this program and to help us
improve the program in the future. Your responses will be discussed during your next advisement
appointment, so please be honest in your feedback.
Note: Please remember that this is your honest evaluation of yourself. Saying you have an
advanced level of understanding in any competencies indicates an expertise that current executives
may not feel they have. Be honest in your feedback — this is to help you.
