Assignment: Choose and research a civil rights (not civil liberties) topic that you believe is endangered and/or in need of governmental protection. Explain how so and provide evidence thereof. What do you believe the government should do about it. Be specific. Use at least 2 outside sources. Submission Method: Your paper should be a minimum of 350 words, double-spaced, with a title page and reference page, and in-text citations.
