Corporations need to scan the environment to evaluate opportunities and potential threats, as well as to identify strengths and weaknesses. Consider a Canadian manufacturing company that is exploring expansion into the European market.
Discuss 1 or 2 environmental factors that would have the most impact on the company. Include both positive and negative aspects.
