Part A: Identifying Potential funding agencies.
A critical component of public health research and practice is to locate and apply to opportunities for funding to support your work. Awareness about application requirements supports strong proposal development and ensures your application is ultimately accepted for review.
Now you have learned about different funders that target health care services for people who are uninsured, isolated, or medically vulnerable. Identify a potential funder that aligns well with your project. Describe why this agency is chosen. State your topic and the rationale for your project, and explain why you chose this agency.

Proposal Part B: Key Personnel and Partners.
Many public health projects and programs require teamwork and collaboration with several other experts or agencies that may work in the same field. Identify any collaborating organization(s)/partner(s) and their project roles. Explain potential staffing requirements, and make sure that staffing makes sense. (Curriculum Vitae are usually included as part of the proposal).
List the key personnel (can be hypothetical) and key stakeholders. Describe their roles in the project, their areas of expertise, and why they are needed.
Assignment requirements:
This portion of the proposal should be approximately one page.
Writing should follow current APA guidelines.
