Please pick a social program in the education field to do an evaluation; that is, you must conduct an evaluation that has not been conducted before (whether it is a program/policy that has not been evaluated, or your evaluation uses a new approach or data). Consider a well defined and narrow topic area of interest within education and investigate various related programs and policies at the local and USA state levels.
